Asphalt Milling
Grind down high spots, ruts, or a tired surface to the right elevation. Milling sets up a clean overlay that bonds tight and drains the way it should.
Asphalt Milling done right.
Milling is the prep work that lets a worn pavement get a second life. Instead of tearing out an entire lot or driveway and starting over, milling grinds the existing surface down to a controlled depth. Once the high spots are removed, ruts smoothed, and elevation set, an overlay can be laid on a fresh, bonded surface that will last as long as a brand new install for a fraction of the disruption.
We mill driveways, parking lots, road sections, and commercial yards. Variable depth from a half inch surface skim all the way down to a full removal of the wearing course. The millings come up clean and can be hauled off or reused as base material on rural drives where appropriate.
Milling is also what we use when an existing surface has tied into curbs, drains, or buildings at the wrong elevation. Bring it back to grade, then rebuild the surface on top.
