Yes. Every estimate starts with a walkthrough at no cost. We meet you on the property, measure the area, check the existing condition and drainage, and put a written number in your inbox the same day. No obligation, no pressure.
Driveway pricing varies with length, width, base depth, and any drainage work needed. Most residential driveways across our service area come in between several thousand and the low five figure range. The walkthrough estimate gives you an itemized number for your specific property so you are not guessing.
A properly built and maintained asphalt surface should last 20 to 30 years. The two factors that drive that range are the quality of the base under the surface and how often the pavement is sealcoated. A surface seal coated every two to three years and inspected annually for cracks will reach the upper end of that range.
Foot traffic is fine after about 24 hours. Vehicle traffic is typically safe after two to three days. The surface continues curing and hardening for several weeks. We give you specific timing the day we wrap up based on the weather and the lift thickness we laid.
Crack repair fills and seals existing cracks to keep water from working through the surface and damaging the base. Sealcoating is a thin protective coat applied over the entire surface to slow oxidation and UV damage. Sealcoating does not fill cracks. Most maintenance jobs do both, with crack repair first and sealcoating right after.
Yes, in most cases. If the base is still solid and only the wearing course is failing, milling and overlay is significantly less expensive than full tear out and replacement. We check the subgrade during the walkthrough and tell you straight whether mill and overlay is the right call or whether the base really does need to come out.
Chip seal is a textured surface built by spraying asphalt emulsion onto a prepared base, immediately laying clean aggregate on top, and rolling it in. The result is a durable, lower cost alternative to full hot mix asphalt. It is well suited for long rural drives, farm roads, and ranch access lanes where the cost of full asphalt would be high.
Yes. Road Solutions Paving handles commercial paving for parking lots up to 200 plus spaces. New construction, full tear out and replace, mill and overlay, sealcoating, restriping, and ADA compliant layout. We can phase the work so a portion of the lot stays open while another section gets paved.
Yes. We carry general liability and workers compensation insurance and operate under the appropriate state contractor licensing. Certificates of insurance are available before any work begins on a commercial site, just ask during the estimate.
We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms depend on the type of project, but every estimate includes the warranty terms in writing. If something does not look right within the warranty period, we come back and make it right.
Project start depends on the time of year and current schedule. During spring and summer paving season, we are typically two to four weeks out for new starts. During off seasons we can often start sooner. Crack repair and sealcoating jobs are often scheduled within the same week the estimate is signed.
